Wings or breast tenders
Thaw
Roll chicken in flour mixed with a little cayenne pepper
deep fry in safflower (ideal) or canola oil
cover in Durkee Red Hot sauce
bake for 15 minutes
(Trust me on this)
Blue cheese dressing that comes refrigerated from the produce section
You forgot the stick of butter in the Durkee. YUM!
I never got the point of the butter, so I stopped about 10 yrs ago.
(This means I can call them “light” wings, right?)
