Bill Clinton (from JohnKerry.com) resent his nice letter.  So,  I sent him the response below, along with my original response.

Wow, Mr. President! Two e-mails from you on the same day!  I heard you only sent two emails during your presidency, so I am honored.   Thank you so much for writing again.  Because this second letter seems to be identical to the first letter, I’ll give you a copy of my previous response.  Please let me know on the PayPal thing.  It would make my life so much easier as a potential contributor.
