Colorado Avalanche Statement Regarding the Agreement in Principle to a New CBA by the NHL and NHLPA

The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club is excited by the announcement that the National Hockey League and NHL Players’ Association have reached an agreement in principle on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Pending ratification of the new CBA by the NHLPA and the NHL Board of Governors, the Avalanche has the intention to hold a local press conference as soon as possible after the agreement is ratified by both parties.
