Two males robbed a QT gas station with what appeared to be a rifle and stole beer, according to Mesa police. On Saturday at about 2:30 a.m. two men entered the QT on the 400 block of South Stapley Drive, police said. One of the suspects stole two 30-packs of Bud Light beer while the other man held what appeared to be a rifle and might have been a .22-caliber, police said. The two men then left the building and jumped into the back of a white Chevy pickup truck with a driver inside who drove them away from the scene, police said. Police described the man that was holding the gun as a Hispanic male, 16 to 18 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 120 pounds. He had short brown hair and was wearing a red shirt.
