DPS unveiling plans to entrench disregard for 5th Amendment

PHOENIX - The Arizona Department of Public Safety is set to unveil a new statewide photo enforcement program said to be the first of its kind in the nation. DPS plans to use vans equipped with photo radar to nab speeders on freeways and other state highways. Details will be announced at a Thursday news conference at its Phoenix headquarters.
