SCOTTSDALE - A 36-year-old California man has been arrested at the FBR Open for driving a golf cart under the influence of alcohol, Scottsdale police said Thursday. Police said they saw John Trask driving the cart near a crowded “Greenskeeper” party tent while he was still consuming a drink. The arrest was one of five DUI arrests made at or near the FBR Open on Wednesday

No wonder I keep getting banned from these tournaments…

THIS IS MY BROTHER…….. ! I just got off the phone with him. He had a glass and a 1/2 of wine and was driving slowly behind a crowd. The cops stopped him becasue there was a report of a stolen golf cart. Then the cops sees an open glass of wine in the cup holder and arrests him for DUI. F^%$’in rediculous!

Witnesses all say the cops were rough on him (bending his thumb and wrist higher behind his back for not cooperating, becasue he asked a question with yes sir and no sir) and made up the reckless driving part. Says gold course officials and Oakley are fighting it.

Bad week for tourists - the Superbowl and Sheriff Joe have everybody a bit nuts. Plus, it’s Scottsdale. Scottsdale sucks ass. Their cops are fucking stormtroopers.

Sounds like BS (unless he was on a public street) but what do I know?
