Says gold course officials and Oakley are fighting it. I just got off the phone with him. He had a glass and a 1/2 of wine and was driving slowly behind a crowd. The cops stopped him becasue there was a report of a stolen golf cart. Then the cops sees an open glass of wine in the cup holder and arrests him for DUI. F^%$'in rediculous! THIS IS MY BROTHER…….. ! I just got off the phone with him.
