16 beer cans, bottles found in vehicle

Mar. 19, 2008 01:40 PMA 21-year-old Mesa man was arrested early Tuesday after police found 16 beer cans and bottles in his vehicle, according to a report.
Garrison Billie was followed into a Circle K parking lot at Dobson Road and Southern Avenue by two officers who saw him speeding and weaving in traffic.
When the officers approached Billie there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle and they could see empty beer can on the passenger side floor, according to a report.
